Our satisfaction guarantee policy means that if you are not entirely satisfied with our hosting service you may cancel the service at anytime within the first 30 days for a full refund. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel by post or by email to arrive within 30 days of your service going live. On cancellation, any files, databases or other information created on our servers will be retained for at least 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice but may be deleted after that.
Website Design Services
Our proposal for any website design or development services will spell out your payment obligations and your rights to cancellation. If our services are cancelled within those terms, no further payments will be required and funds paid will be returned in accordance with that proposal.
Once your cancellation notice is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
